As a big “thank you” for your support, please find below some templates for you to download, print and keep with your Wills.
Gift of Personal Items
This template list allows you to gift any personal items you own to specific people under your estate. The list can be updated by you whenever you want, which means you have the flexibility of changing items you’d like to gift, without having to update your Will. Personal items could include things such as jewellery, watches, art work or other sentimental personal items. We recommend that you print out the list, write in the items you would like to gift and to whom you want to gift each item to and then storing the completed copy with your Will.
Please note, even once completed the list is not binding on your estate but will assist your executor in distributing your personal items and chattels.

Digital Information Register
This list or register helps your executor to find out where you may have held digital information (such as email addresses or social media accounts) or digital assets (such as online bank accounts, or cryptocurrency) and allows you to set out instructions on how they should deal with it. It avoids your executor not knowing where you held digital information, and will hopefully make things easier for them in finalising your estate. We recommend that you print out the list/register, write down where you held your digital assets and ideally updating the list often with your most recent password. For security reasons, we recommend you make sure this list is not easily accessible, and to securely destroy the outdated list whenever a new one is updated.

Guardianship Instructions
Although a guardian is not bound to act as guardian (even if appointed in a Will) as you can imagine it’s often a daunting task if they do accept the role. Having a guardianship instructions list can help parents of minors to note down their wishes for their children’s upbringing. The benefit of having a list also means the parents can update the instructions as the children get older. The list includes generic clauses regarding potential wishes for accommodation, education, transport (e.g. upgrading a car so that it is suitable for transporting minor children etc). It’s customisable, so again any clauses you may not want can be deleted, or you can add extra instructions as required.
